Description: Grønrisvej comprises 13 student hostel apartments among 40 other tenancies Grønrisvej is a new complex lying peacefully in the southwesterly part of Copenhagen. The department collaborates closely with the neighbouring complex; the two share an executive committee, e.g. The communal outdoor facilities are varied and there are playgrounds and table/benches, shared barbecue and pétanque facility in the fine courtyard. The area includes a good many schools, sports facilities, children's institutions as well as youth and old age housing facilities. The department lies near Valbyparken, which is Copenhagen's number 2 city park, a gem, which is a fabulous resource for the city district, not just because of the nearness of the water. Valbyparken may e.g. brag of a frog park, Rosenhaven, theme playground and a 1-km long poplar avenue. The appartments has private kitchen, bath and toilet. Children are not allowed. Pets are allowed.
